Development of the stages of the 2nd phase of the Arkhangelsk Outlet project
B I P is a full‑fledged team that includes all the necessary specialists — from architects to engineers and designers.

One of the most striking examples of such well‑coordinated work was the design of the second stage of the Arkhangelskoye Outlet. This project clearly demonstrated that having all the key specialists on staff makes it possible to solve any project tasks, even the most complex ones.
The main challenge was integrating the engineering systems into the architectural concept of the TTMG bureau while preserving the high consumer qualities of the facades and layouts.

The lack of a technical underground forced us to place all engineering networks — ventilation, air conditioning, power supply, and low‑voltage systems — in a narrow corridor on the roof. This solution freed up the interior space and preserved the aesthetics of the facades, but it required non‑standard technical approaches.
For successful implementation, we used:

- Compact and quiet ventilation systems that ensure visitor comfort;
- Optimal routing of pipes and cables, taking into account ease of maintenance;
- Modular engineering units that speed up installation and minimize errors;
- Lightweight engineering structures on the roof that meet acoustic and energy efficiency requirements.
