Construction was carried out on a site that was far from ideal – narrow and elongated. This fact, combined with the need to accommodate a certain number of groups and ensure sufficient occupancy, presented a serious challenge. The building footprint was extremely limited, which required a non‑standard approach to the layout.

Instead of viewing these limitations as obstacles, the architects saw them as an opportunity to demonstrate creativity and professionalism. The idea of a minimalist layout, integrated into a square, was born. This approach made it possible to use every square meter of the available space as efficiently as possible.

This layout made it possible to achieve optimal use of space. The group rooms, located in the corners, receive the maximum amount of natural light, which creates a favorable atmosphere for games and activities. The halls, also located in the corners, provide enough space for various events and physical activities.

The stairwells, which separate the group and hall rooms, ensure convenient and safe communication between floors. The location of the elevator and corridors in the center of the building made it possible to free up the perimeter as much as possible for functional spaces and create convenient navigation throughout the kindergarten.
