The project is a multifunctional sports and wellness complex located in the Strelna settlement of Saint Petersburg on an 11,869 m² plot on Krasnoselskoye Highway. The site lies outside the established residential quarter in a rapidly developing area.

In the absence of historic buildings, the architecture continues the modernist style set by the neighbouring school and polyclinic. The volume is divided into large blocks according to function. The facades are made of sandwich panels with a bold grey, brown and yellow colour scheme and a regular glazing grid.

The complex brings together an entrance area with ticket offices, a block of sports shops, a pool area with a sauna, multipurpose sports halls and technical rooms. The architectural solution aims to shape a modern image for the new urban area.
