Hotel complex
The hotel complex consists of five detached four-storey buildings arranged in a harmonious composition on landscaped green grounds next to a pond and woodland. The architectural concept was developed with a contemporary approach to organising space and integrating natural and man-made elements.
Each building is designed in a single architectural style with laconic, strict forms; the facades feature large panoramic windows that provide maximum sunlight and a visual connection with the landscape. Smooth rounded facade corners, a combination of glass and metal structures, and rhythmic vertical elements with blue accents create a modern, light and dynamic appearance.
All the buildings are evenly distributed across the site, with wide pedestrian alleys, recreation areas, gazebos, landscaped terraces and cosy relaxation areas for guests between them. At the centre of the complex is an open green courtyard used for walks and events. Parking areas are provided around the perimeter of the complex.
