The architectural and compositional volume of the residential buildings is a simple rectangle with a sloping roof, protruding trapezoidal bay window volumes on the facades, and stained‑glass glazing in the stairwells.

The attic floor features rectangular dormers and French balconies. The architectural volume of the above-ground car park also relates to the surrounding residential buildings through its simple rectangular form, pitched roof and brick facades.
