The essence of the radial layout is to create a central core, around which educational and auxiliary blocks are arranged, radiating out like rays. This approach allows for optimizing the use of space, ensuring convenient navigation, and creating a favorable atmosphere for learning and interaction by bringing students together in a single location.

The central core became a multifunctional public center, combining various important zones:
- Public space in front of the cafeteria: This area becomes a meeting and socializing space for students, creating a comfortable atmosphere for breaks and lunches.
- Entrance vestibules: Spacious and bright vestibules provide a convenient and safe entrance to the school and also serve as a venue for various events.
- Assembly hall: The modern assembly hall provides space for school events, concerts, and lectures.
- A cozy courtyard on the 4th floor: This courtyard, hidden from prying eyes, becomes an oasis of tranquility and a place for relaxation, allowing students to take a break from the learning process.

Вокруг центрального ядра разместились блоки учебных классов, мастерских и спортивный блок. Инсоляционные ограничения обусловили расположение основных учебных кабинетов по одной стороне наиболее протяженного южного фасада.
Чтобы визуально разбить этот длинный фасад и избежать монотонности, архитекторы применили интересный прием: фасад "сломали" в центре, создав эффект врезания лучей классов в консольно нависающий центральный блок. Этот угол придал фасаду динамичности и, что немаловажно, визуально подводит людей к центральному входу, облегчая ориентацию в пространстве.
